Of course. This was actually the first model run I followed as it came out since yesterday's 18Z. Looked like I picked a bad one!

For the newbs. there has not been any kind of rug pull or outright cancellation of anything impactful. Just some signs the models MAY be settling in on a more reasonable solution.

I would love to see an old school arctic outbreak with deep cold and a strong surface front down here. I think the last time we had an unquestionably historic one I was about four years old. But I've seen 30 degree snow in the lowlands many times since then.

40-50” for most in BC. This is looking like a short duration average event. Just going to blend in with the other fleeting snow chances this century.

FWIW the Canadian actually has the block getting its together again around day 9. Likely all snow for us northern folks thru day 10.
