It's always fun to see desert temperatures crash one day while the coastal areas are the same or warmer as the previous day.

Pn1ct0g3n
Holy hell. Most places that aren’t right on the water have warmed into the low 70s today. Unless they changed it, some real warmth is coming. anyone’s guess if it reaches the coast. That wind event would have made water temps plummet, exacerbating the ocean’s cooling effect. AquariusRadar
Pamela turned into the continent way too early. Not a drop for the Southwest. Gonna help soak Texas and the Plaines states. Pacific storms for 2021 are turning out to sea or turning inland. We don't get help this year-so far. Maybe a late storm will run up the Baja for SoCal and the Southwest.
Pn1ct0g3n
Strong Pacific high this year steered them away from us. Better luck next time. It’s been a hard two years. Between the Rona, the drought, and two consecutive Bummer Summers for coastal residents. We’re all praying for the return of El Niño.

Pn1ct0g3n
Welcome to a normal-ish winter day in SoCal. In October! I can remember lots of days growing up when it was near freezing in the morning but got to 70+ by lunch. Surreal. I’d call it one of those things but it’s the 2020s.
