Tom
Yesterday may have been my last snow cover day. Which wouldn't hurt my feelings at this point.I remember the days where it felt more or less like a sad break up. As you said, I would have to concur with your statement as it didn’t hurt my feelings this year when my snow cover melted this past weekend. In fact, I decided to fly to AZ on Sunday and I’m thrilled to be here and “spring” forward into Summer mode! Prob will stay here for a while. The 7-day forecast here shows nothing but 70’s/80’s into the foreseeable future. Spent some time at the pool earlier and had a severe warned storm blow up just to my west and tracked in an unconventional way heading W/NW towards Cave Creek. The position of the ULL has caused the east/west flow. These Spring systems are always neat to track around these parts.
SE Wisconsin
Still lots of snow cover in N WI and the UP of MI. Planning to head up there this weekend to get in what will likely be the last cross-country skiing of the season. A lot of trails are still open and looks like they will be grooming them into the weekend. After that, I'm ready for some spring storms. Weather over the past several days has been kind of boring.
