I think my figure would be somewhere around 0.5" if I had a rain gauge. Mine shows most of the long range being right around average and going up at the end of the run. Should lead to a very nice stretch of days in the 70s if it verifies, though. And this past Jan was the second warmest on record for EUG. But there were still plenty of nights with an airmass that kept temps in the upper 40s and into the 50s even at night. So it still feels like this past January IMO.
