Rain, heavy at times, is expected tonight into Sunday morning. Cold front will push onshore by early Sunday afternoon, with rain easing. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is likely tonight into Sunday, especially where storm drains may be clogged with leave debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 651 PM PST, Rain will increase tonight, becoming heavy at times overnight into Sunday morning. Rain will decrease towards midday Sunday. - New rainfall 1 to 3 inches are expect across the interior lowlands, with the heaviest to south of Portland.
