I think they have worse smog than LA during the summer.

We're in a dry spell after all that November rain we got. Classic La Nina is setting in. Warm and dry through much of the winter and then in mid-spring the parade of troughs will start coming and cause days of gloom and drizzle with a deep marine layer and no beneficial rain.

BTW it was beautiful today and those 5 extra seconds of afternoon daylight since December 4 really made a difference.
