How to control the weather

The reason why it rains in some regions and not in other regions is because of elevation. Regions with mountains 3 to 6 km off the ground do not receive rain because the clouds go to the highest point which would be on top of the 3 to 6 km mountain. The way to make 3 to 6 km mountains is by making a 3 to 6 km inflatable ball and then we can control the weather. Humidity would go to the top of the ball and turn into snow which would drop the temperature. If we make enough 3 to 6 km balls we can remake the Arctic Please join me to make a coalition to make 3 to 6 km balls so we can control the weather. The balls are 100%recyclable and can be moved and if we want can be deflated to let the weather return to normal.

We just can't control the weather, we just can't!

If we try, we will take the balance out of shape and the weather will become violent to correct it

Never say Never with Weather, because anything is possible!

All observations are in Tecumseh, OK unless otherwise noted

I would like to pile up some of James' balls along Highway 40 and Edgewood Road to generate additional upsloping for my town.  Also can we consider open pit mining the Cascades until they are blown away completely to give us more PAC moisture.  Thanks.

I'm surprised the PNW being so far north doesn't get more snow. The same with London, at 51N, they only average 5"/yr. Those warm water currents sure do have a lot of effect.

Yeah.  In reality, knocking down the Cascades may not work out well for us in Montana.  Maybe we should replace them with some smaller 1km balls instead.

Better situation than Eastern China, though. Beijing averages 27 degrees in January but gets about the same annual snowfall as Seattle because the winters are so dry. Would be like a constant December 2009 living there.

Further north, Harbin has brutally cold winters (colder than Minneapolis) but gets just about 18”/year. In that part of the world, the vast majority of precipitation falls during the summer monsoon.

Plus, the summers in East Asia are a humid mess.  Just disgusting.

Sea of Japan side of Japan has the only good climate in E Asia.

Yeah, Sapporo is one of my favorite climates out there. Asahikawa is great too.

Eastern China is like all the worst parts of a continental climate in one.
