Had about 0.03 or 0.04. I missed the rain and didn't realize it had clouded up but the sidewalk and grass are wet.

Been a beautiful dry weekend. We made $250 at our yard sale raising money for the kiddo to finally get to Disneyland. She's going on her dance academy's trip but we have to pay for everything.

I'd really like to have a below normal month for the first time since March...of 2023. Hopefully mother nature can deliver that in at least one of the NDJF months. Hopefully really cold in late December.

18 consecutive months above normal is just so depressing.

This is what was so sad about him. It's like he compelled people not to post because they didn't want him to make fun of them.

Hopefully him being gone will encourage more people to post and a more positive discussion can be had.

The Rockies bare and awaiting the first fall snows.

Meanwhile....the Atlantic continues to completely underwhelm this season.  Almost sad to see the forecasters....but there is still a lot of season to go, and so on.  Time to stick a fork in it.  Yes, I know there is still time for some more storms, but the historic frequency is dropping like a rock now.

It's brutal. I always feel like such a burden and I can barely make any money cuz I can't drive to work and the closest bus stop is 8 blocks away so in the time it takes me to walk from home to the bus stop I could have a seizure at random

I consider myself "blessed" despite my own physical flaws but I can't imagine living with such a debilitating disease. However, like with any disease there is usually some mitigating form of treatment, not with epilepsy.

The fact that you function as well as you do buddy is a testament to your own individual will. You have an amazing attitude and it shows in your humor and drive. (Awww sh*t, unintended pun)

Anyway, keep on "keeping on" my man.

I've gone twice, back when it was at least somewhat affordable and not as busy as it is now.  I'm sure it would be disappointing to me now with the MUCH higher costs.

We picked a good weekend to head up to Bellingham.   It was sunny in North Bend late morning and early afternoon yesterday before we left... then beautifully sunny in Bellingham late yesterday afternoon and evening.   And quite sunny today as well.   

Tomorrow will be sunny at home but we won't see a ray of sun on Tuesday and Wednesday per the ECMWF.     Too gloomy for my liking in September.

It will clear out here soon.  For some reason we have mid level clouds backwashing into the EPSL from the east and they quickly dissipate as they move toward Puget Sound.  Really weird flow pattern.
