Baker has the potential for an extremely violent eruption. That'd be fun!

The predecessor of Baker did have a VEI 7 a long time ago.  At least as bad as Mazama.  Most people don't even know that.

There won't be any storm surge in Tampa and St. Pete... benefit of it going to the south resulting in east wind in that area.

Not going to post my exact address here but it’s within a few blocks of 33rd and Knight.

My friend that lives in Lakeland still has power but the winds have apparently really ramped up over the last half hour or so.

The possibility of a “sting jet” has increased on the backside of Milton as it tracks through Florida.

SEA only hit 61 today.  Pretty cool for a day with a lot of sunshine.

Oh…You are not currently in Florida? I had no idea there was “weather” going on around here and I assumed you were reporting from there down lol! I just looked at the local radar…

Thought for some reason that you were visiting down in Florida, but I must be thinking of a different forum member.

You’re not the only one who thought he might potentially be there haha, the thread has had so much hurricane related stuff lately someone reporting heavy rain totals threw me off too

That’s me   I don’t know anybody there.  My wife lived there a long time ago though.  She came back to Wa for some sane and regular weather.

Another Achilles heel Id probably say is more frequent than a tsunami would be wildfires.

Really not a surprise most people seem to know at least someone who lives there. It is the third most populous state.

I love November.  My birthday is in the first half then you have Thanksgiving , pineapple expresses, chances for snow.  Awesome month.
