Not sure how long that’s been an issue, but my yearly numbers are a question now. Nearby stations at 0.65 to 0.7”, very wet for my area. It was very windy up here during trick or treating, I have no idea how many kids were out, never really been a fan of the holiday so we stopped handing out candy when the kids outgrew trick or treating.
