It's another slow moving storm and it's weakening as it moves south.

We're back to 10 hours of daylight today.

Thick altostratus clouds this morning. 

Orcutt is at 11.46" for the water year and only about 2 inches from clinching the seasonal average. I don't mind drying out for 2 weeks. At 1.81" for the month as well.
