High was 80F yesterday and today looks like a repeat. Already in the low to mid 70s

With El Nino looming, I hope we actually get a warm spring and an humid active monsson summer this year. Ssts are above average this time. Unlike 2023 where the ssts were very cool during spring and summer due to the very wet and cold winter. Feels like Winter 2015 with the RRR, hot temps and warm ocean.

Not sure if its just my area, but I noticed the discrepancy between the WC App and NWS data has been really high. Right now the airport is currently at 71F and the app shows 77F! Never seen it with such a wide discrepancy! Usually its only a couple degrees difference.

11 days hit 80 or greater in Jan. Somehow more possible in a La Nina winter than in May/June.
