Ahhh... be careful about making spring declarations because of a wet pattern in the first half of March. This could easily flip to dry the rest of the spring. It wouldn't surprise me at all.
Side note it doesn't have to rain every day in early March to keep the ground wet.
After a couple dry springs in a row this is a nice change. I’m sick of the ground being bone dry by May. Getting the soaker early enough to add to snowpack is an even better bonus.

Unfortunately no March miracle for CA so they will burn this summer and send lots of smoke into our rain soaked region.
