Looking at the satellite loop and something just flared up pretty suddenly in the Oregon Cascades on the last couple frames. Today is gonna be a bad day I fear.

Currently have blowing and drifting mist. Reminds me of that day in February 2019 when we went from sunny and calm to a blizzard in a few hours. Except it’s not snow and I’m not nearly as excited about it.

Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. I love snow/cold AND sun/warmth!

Heh wow you're right. Those first couple frames looked exactly like a smoke plume, I was fully convinced. That's good at least, hopefully today underperforms.

60 and clouds is about pleasant for me.

Problem with such weather is that one needs to cover their arms and legs.

And if there is strong wind also cover their head.

It's usually not windy here. Like literally DEAD, zero breeze over the summer. I guess that is why I crave cooler temperatures. I do know many parts of the world get pretty windy, and in that case a little more warmth makes sense.

For a day like today with a lot of breeze and full clouds, certainly would prefer upper 70s or low 80s.
