Timmy Supercell
I bet the new average snowfall numbers (1991-2020) for November and March are switched around at my place. It used to be 4" for Nov and 2.5" for March. Yet according to my notes I have seen more 3-6" inch snow days in March and a far higher number of days which I observe snow falling, which includes wet snow. Unless November has plans to come back as one of the major contributing winter months again but I'm doubting that. SilverFallsAndrew
I felt I did pretty well last winter in terms of snow. January was a total torch, but we had a decent snow event. February and March were chilly with several snow events. Overall probably the 2nd warmest winter we’ve had behind 14-15, but middle of the pack for snow. For what a lame winter it was, we probably overachieved for snow. I honestly hope we don't see another early season arctic outbreak like that again. We lost four of our trees as our deciduous trees were not in full hibernation yet.
