Which would alter our climate more in terms of terraforming? Altering the Coast Range mountains or the cascades?

How else do you do it?  If you don't remember there used to be LOTS of topics on here a long time ago back in the older forums talking about various events. The 'forecast' threads were the funniest with the most dumb names.

Probably the cascades. Would be a lot more cold air drainage into the region if a large chunk of them were removed.

No doubt the Cascades.  We would have much colder winters as cold air would be able to easily flow off the continent toward the ocean.  That would have little effect on mid spring through early fall though IMO.

What would be the best way to alter this for a cold wet scenario that increases the risk of snow in the winter? The Jessie pattern on steroids I dream over? God I'd love an early 50s on steroids climate regime!   This decade sucks! Global Warming sucks!  :(
