If you look at the sat. loop as of 2am, you can now see some rotation as the low develops offshore. It’s also important to look at the water vapor imagery as you can see there are dry air associated and it’s wrapping around the low as it develops. When this occurs you can expect rapid intensification as this continues into the early morning hours.
