The control begins the cold before the 10h. I saw that too, but it has been pointed out that the weeklies had been showing that for earlier in January, and keeps delaying it. But I love the pattern for the next few weeks for my area. Getting snow tomorrow afternoon and evening and probably lots more in the next few weeks.
