MossMan
And 2yrs ago today I first learned that our new place had some slight drainage issues that were made far worse when we cut in a trial to our neighbors in the fall which disrupted the one and only under constructed drainage line at the property line. I made that quick little tiny trench/dike to divert some of the water from the house until I could get some equipment in and do it right. 1 Quote Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border.
