SEA started up again in 2005-06, after a decade of spotty and mostly missing data. Really sad and inexcusable that two major cities can see such a gap in their data in the information age, particularly in an era where climate change is such a hot button issue. If Roseburg gets another good storm, I'd say these last few winters have done well for that area. They got 8-12" in Feb 2019.
