Temp bottomed out at 36.7 here in Silverdale, ~160 feet in elevation, and has actually ticked up slightly. The occasional snowflake is making it through, but nothing to write home about. Happy other people are getting some though! I know this won't be the last chance for snow this winter. 😁

Side note, we have received about 1.8" of rain since midnight! If only it were a little bit colder...

There's a large area of warm mid-levels south of the low, you may well switch to snow at the same time as places much lower than you when the changeover happens.

Yeah... I am thinking the change over happens uniformly out here.

Looks like my wife is going for it.  Gotta head out and shovel so she can get the car up the driveway.  I wish we got enough snow to justify a snow blower, although this stuff would be too wet and heavy for it to do anything tonight...

Aren't you in North Dakota  or something? And from the Midwest? Probably seen too much snow....

Brown grass and icy parking lots here. Might get an inch or two on Wednesday from the back side of the system that you guys are seeing right now, then that's my last chance till a clipper on the 30th. This season has been vomitrocious.

It’s actually forecast to warm up and start melting overnight. Kinda sucks that it’s gonna be so short-lived, but when it comes to snow you have to take what you can get in this climate.

It's a bit of a shame really, we're pretty much right at the snow line, had this low tracked a little bit more  to the south, we'd be looking at a substantial amount for a lot of folks with the cold air filtering in a lot sooner. We're now dealing with the back edge of the system and moisture is will likely be gone in a few hours. Hopefully these next few hours is worth something.

Yeah, all we do over in the GPs/GLs sub is trash this sub. Cuz we're so worried about the PNW.
