At the start, either rain or wet snow. But around 5pm I'm thinking this is our next little snow event. Then Monday morning some more activity.

In 2007 I swear there was thunder on my birthday (12/30)

Flurries is nice, but has to be 1" on the ground according to NWS to count as a white Christmas. 
In areas that very rarely see snow, I think they should loosen the standards a tad for what is considered one.

Good model agreement coming  tonight on the 0z for the upcoming cold and snowy pattern that the models have been struggling with for the Christmas time period.

We’ll be dreaming of a white Christmas not like the ridgy Christmas We use to know

Almost to the famed Redding. Would be funny if they got snow and Eugene through to Vancouver, BC were just rain.
