I’m guessing once they found out an In-N-Out was opening in Ridgefield they decided to go ahead with the project since it would be less traffic with another PDX location. Now having 3 locations in PDX would be good since all the traffic can be spread out more.

The proposed In-N-Out location is next door to the Chick-fil-A at Southwest Beaverton Hillsdale Highway and 107th Avenue, and will be a 3,885-square-foot restaurant with a drive-thru and outdoor seating.”

What’s really notable is how routinely they’ve been exceeding guidance by up to 3-4 degrees this spring. I think even Mediterranean Mark only had them at 74 for yesterday.
Took advantage of a weekday off to get a nice Columbia Gorge sampler in yesterday, with a focus on the Little White Salmon area.
