as much as you probably like to think you're triggering people it's more just a general feeling of disgust and disappointment that a fellow human would think that way. Now if we get an good snowstorm just for your dumb posts I'm gonna bring some extra hand warmers I have laying around to the shelter a few blocks from me. Probably have a few hats I don't use in the closet too.

Maybe if it snows enough we can just bring in giant plows and push the camp into Puget Sound.

Interesting thing regarding the winds today locally.  Usually with south winds it’s gusty at times with times of nothing.  Today’s winds seem to be just a constant push or sustained of about 18-20 gusting to 31.  Great kite flying weather and the clouds are cruising!

Wind advisory for 40mph gusts? 🤔 Really don’t understand the logic behind that.

Also, I thought criteria for wind was standardized?

Probably because of the super saturated soil.  Also, I think they have moved away from the strict standardization for situations like this, where extenuating circumstances create a lower threshold for damage.

Just be a nice human goddamn it. ANYWAYS seems like models have at least come to a decent consensus that the basin is going to get cold and that means gorge winds :)

A lot of people on here have quite the hard on for the unhoused.

I read Mitt Romney's new proposal could lift 5.1 million people out of poverty. Someone make that man the President!

Only 12hrs in but I think 18z GFS improves over 12z. More amplified NPAC and Beaufort/AK TPV farther S/SW.

The fact that you seem so inordinately focused on judging/sizing people up based on what they do, what they make or where they live tells me you are probably pretty unhappy with your own life. Which I guess isn’t too surprising for anyone who’s known you for awhile.

It's funny how some of the people who use the term snowflake, seem to be a bit sensitive themselves. We've all seen it many times. There is a reason people don't post here, the mood can change real fast ( kind of like the weather). One person I admire is TT-Sea, he has always been kind of a ****** but unapologetically so. I love watching him constantly getting under the peoples skin, especially those who are trying to label others as snowflakes.😆

Hypocrisy and politics (and humans) go together like ham and cheese (and mayo). Case in point: The large number supposed “free speech absolutists” who were distraught when Colin Kaepernick decided to use his 1st amendment rights.

Can’t complain about censorship if you’re simultaneously advocating for it.
