tbone8
We got around 3 feet of snow out of this storm. Drifts as high as the house, was quite the spectacle. I wish I had pictures of this but I was just 10 years old. Our road was drifted shut for almost a week before the county opened it with heavy equipment. Anyone else remember this storm??? http://sirocco.accuweather.com/adc_images2/english/feature/400x300/wxwhy.jpg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezBZd4OQOXg

Andie
I was in it just west of Chicago. I shoveled my way out of the garage starting on a ladder as the snow had banked to the top of the door. Now that was a snow storm ! The winds made the 2 story house i was in rock back and forth. When I moved home in mid Feb. the snow total was like 110" of snow for the winter. I think I shoveled it all !
