These apples have been growing every year regardless if we have the coldest Dec since 1972 (2013) or a winter with almost 0" of snow (14-15). There was one pine tree we had to cut down in late 2017 but was already dying when we got the house. One of my daughters was vegan for many years, shifted to vegetarian a couple years ago. So we are well acquainted with satisfying a variety of culinary needs around here.
