Don't think I've seen more than 3-4" in a single storm for the month of May. Record single day snowfall is 15" (1938) in Bozeman so obviously not even close to a record. Sounds like a snowy climate there. My latest 3+ inchers are in March. Explorers and Expeditions are good vehicles. My Expedition has over 250,000 miles on it. It was certainly due to have some major work done. You Tube was a great resource for me. The roads never even got that icy so we left quickly on a staycation when it got cold inside. The temps the entire storm stayed above 29F. In fact drive 5 miles south and you were in the 40F land yet here trees were destroyed all over. I'm surprised how little damage buildings had despite thousands of trees wrecked many old. Jesse
61/37 day yesterday. Clear and chilly start then mostly cloudy with some patches of drizzle late. Mostly cloudy with a milder low of 48 this morning. It’s really a shame we couldn’t squeeze more rainfall out of these short lived troughy patterns.
