Our house was rocking in the wind most of the night... sounded like winter out there. Glad I remembered to take the umbrellas down. Picked up almost .50 of rain overnight... dry now and still windy and feels really cold. This has been the theme this spring. Lots of sunny, pleasant days punctuated by deep, cold troughs... including two snow events in April. 3 Quote **REPORTED CONDITIONS AND ANOMALIES ARE NOT MEANT TO IMPLY ANYTHING ON A REGIONAL LEVEL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED**

It took a while until there were reports about something happening at Mt. St. Helen's. I actually heard several booms though one was real loud and caused the windows to shake.
