FroYoBro
Blue skies showed up at times in the afternoon. Last night was when the rain showed up. April was a pretty dry month, but this month is looking better now. Zoo visitors got pretty wet today. Enough of this rain is probably what they were saying. Rain. TT-SEA
The rain finally stopped for a little while here so I took a walk around the yard. This is much more enjoyable than the cold rain of last week. Its quite pleasant and humid out there tonight. This is slug weather... but it appears that we have been successful in keeping them away from our garden with our little construction project. They don't seem to have any interest in crossing the gravel walkways and climbing up stainless steel to get to all the new plants. We also put copper tape around the base of the new beds to deter them further. I did not see a single slug in the garden tonight and this is the type of evening when they would be devouring our plants when they were all planted right in the ground. 1 Quote **REPORTED CONDITIONS AND ANOMALIES ARE NOT MEANT TO IMPLY ANYTHING ON A REGIONAL LEVEL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED**

TT-SEA
I remember thinking Memorial Day weekend in 2017 was pretty close to perfect and the best one in our time here... but this one might be even better. It was crashing on Memorial Day back in 2017 from the south. The timing looks to be perfect this year... it starts turning nice on Friday afternoon (which has trended faster) and then its spectacular for the entire long weekend and the ridge is still building on Monday. At least that is how it looks now. 1 Quote **REPORTED CONDITIONS AND ANOMALIES ARE NOT MEANT TO IMPLY ANYTHING ON A REGIONAL LEVEL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED**

TT-SEA
I had mentioned before that March and April were the driest on record out here and that the other 4 years in the top 5 all had a wetter than normal May (1911, 1926, 1941, and 2004). I was starting to doubt this May would continue that theme but it looks like its going to make it. Well over an inch today and the stations out here are now approaching normal rainfall and the system on Thursday and Friday should push us above normal. 1 Quote **REPORTED CONDITIONS AND ANOMALIES ARE NOT MEANT TO IMPLY ANYTHING ON A REGIONAL LEVEL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED**
