SeaTac back up to 102 at the latest observation. Might be making a push for the record here.

We haven’t reached the hottest part of the day yet!

Temp 98, DP 74, Heat Index 110.  We hit 99 at some point, and I felt certain we would get into triple digits today, not so sure that will happen now, we've just kind of stalled out.

Today's "cooldown" is really ominous... Just shows how powerful that thermal trough is to the south. If anything, it's a bad sign for tomorrow.

If the egg isn’t cooked thoroughly then it is a lie! I expect the egg to be cooked at 170f

All erroneous readings according to Phil.  Every single one of them?  Is that even possible?

Yeah.... Thermal trough center down there is so potent that it is creating a northerly pressure gradient over the Puget Sound, causing winds to shift northerly, bringing in cooler air from the water; hence the natural AC across the region.

Tomorrow that powerful thermal trough slides northward, bringing with it the torrid heat down in Portland.

We can get snow every now and again, just not Arctic cold. And we broke the lightning streak back in December.

The readings that are upper 90s/low 100s & 70+ dp’s are erroneous PWS readings.

Doesn't matter, all is well 😀
