I remember a wet and humid spell in the middle of July 2007 up here... almost an inch of rain and measurable rain on 8 out of 10 days. That would help right now. That's the airport. It's always cooler. The Valley is different. Downtown and the Valley are 1800-2000 feet. The airport is around 2400 feet. The Northside and South Hill are around the same elevation as the airport.
