September Wx Obs for the PacNW (2021 Edition)

NAM agrees shift west. Should i discount this as a separate model agreeing? Does anyone know if NAM shares same initialization or inputs that GFS does? Like, if i see NAM agreeing with GFS should i say "yes of course it would cuz its basically a short term high res model of GFS run by same team/people/models/inputs?

I's expect that especially in the short range, models would respond similarly to the same input. This is just a reflection of radar/satellite trends.

Kind of humid today. Got up to 81*. Dewpoint got up to 61* - and at 60* still at this hour. 

Looking forward to some powerful troughs to swing on in. Hopefully both Oregon and Washington can cash in on some good rain soon.

Really exciting model runs.  Looks like the good incarnation of La Nina with lots of above normal GOA heights and deep troughs in the NW.
