I think they're waiting for the federal gov to sign off on it at this point. I read a really interesting article recently that goes into how much of a mess it is trying to get this passed. I really hope they get it done soon, i think it would really make winter here a lot better personally. I like the extra light in the Spring, Summer with renewed warmth, and I like it becoming darker sooner in the Fall and early Winter signaling the Holiday season and hopefully Cold and SNOW!!!! I don't want either changed and it was never an issue before.
