There was snow on the trees on the way back from mountains down to 2k feet. Visible snow falling at 1400ft just 5 miles east of Enumclaw.  Impressive cool airmass for this time of year.

Quite impressive when you consider how much moisture is involved with this also.  Pretty hard combo to pull off this early.

As I said earlier. Reminds me a lot of the early November 2011 trough. We had another really chilly airmass about two weeks later.

That's the TRX ram 1500. Has the supercharged hellcat hemi. 702hp lol. The most impressive part of the truck is the suspension they developed for it.  Smoothest riding truck by a mile I've driven.

That is impressive!  I am an automotive journalist and do auto photography and car reviews.  I have yet to see a TRX in person!  Lucky driver!  Enjoy that beast! :D

That’s a top tier waterspout though.

Wow that is awesome.  I'm a car nut and have been my entire life.  Here is something you don't see side by side to often. 2020 gt500 track pack. 2019 hellcat redeye.

I’ll race you in my 06 scion xa.  I’ve watched the fast and furious. It’s more about the driver then the car😂

Yeah, that was like a really weird update by Vancouver weather services. They called it a “weak” watersprout — but it clearly looked top tier to me. Still trying find info how long it touched down for.

Are the water spouts rated tornadoes? that looked like f2 or 3 size.

The EF scale only measures damage to buildings, so they aren't able to be officially rated.

One can still try to gain a strength estimate of course by looking at the gate to gate shear measured aloft on the radar.

I had to run up a very important component to my wife’s laptop up to our neighbors beach house at Samish Island where the family is staying this weekend so she could work…What a lovely drive it was and it was lovely there! Back home it’s a chilly breezy 42 as I am BBQ’ing a burger for myself.

Years ago I had a good friend that lived on Samish Island.  I assume he is still there but I've lost touch with him.  A bunch of us would often drive down there to his house.  They always have a 4th of July parade.  Nice little island with great views.  He lives next to the Blau oyster company

Last soccer game of the year today, dry but quite blustery, and COLD.

The field is oriented with the wind, and I almost had to make a save on the other keeper's goal kick.  He popped it up and wind caught it and sailed it down the field.  Last defender barely trapped it.  I always joke with the team that I am going to score a goal (as the keeper) on days like this, but this is the closest it has come to actually happening in the 13+ years I've been playing.  Winds were gusting 25-35 mph at the airport (mile or so west) at the time of the game.

49/40 so far for the day with .30" in the rain gauge.

Their place is just a few doors down from the Oyster company! And we have hung out in our friends driveway the last few 4th of July’s for the parade! Small world!

Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. I love snow/cold AND sun/warmth!
