Absolutely dumping rain here right now... sort of strange given its 38 degrees.     This rain has been just relentless.   Its rained here on 37 of the last 43 days... definitely acting like a Nina fall.

Judging by the WSDOT cams over Snoqualmie Pass it looks like the snow level is around 2,000-2,500 feet right now.    Snowing at the top and at the Franklin Falls exit... but raining at the Denny Creek exit.

Looks like SEA is around 2.05 inches... so EUG is even beating SEA.    Impressive.

How’s your cam at twisp doing? Getting anything?

Just extremely foggy and cold. 25 degrees. Coldest night of the year. What’s interesting is there was no inversion last night and the valley stayed about 10 degrees warmer, usually it’s close to the opposite.

Historically Eugene averaged quite a bit more annual precip than SEA. It has only been recently that has changed.

Not stepping into vaccine fights but you'd think if they had no known exposure or symptoms (even a week or so prior to school restarting with testing) they'd be allowed back. Travel is the best. I'd hate to give that up.

A bit of an exaggeration but it’s still way warmer and drier than before. Months and months of warmer and drier than normal conditions isn’t a blip, it’s a trend.
