I just woke up to disappointment 2007 style!
Currently 36 degrees with a DP of 36.
Liquid dribbles falling.

.15” so far on the day.
WET DECK!

Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. I love snow/cold AND sun/warmth!

There is an occasional flake mixing in here and there where I am south of Bonney Lake.  If the precipitation picks up it may pull enough cold air down to switch it over.  I'm not holding out much hope though.  I think it will be close but no cigar.  That's okay, we need to start somewhere.

I can see snow on the trees just above us on the ridge behind the house.    Sticking snow level is only a couple hundred feet above us here.

Same here. About a degree cooler. Few flakes here and there, dew point not dropping enough though. 5 miles east they're having a winter blast.

edit: and about 200 feet higher. Hard to tell due to cloud cover, but there's a clear line.

39 and cloudy. Thought I heard rain but it was just my mother in law up early doing laundry.

Its really annoying that the WSDOT traffic cam at Tiger Mountain on highway 18 at 1,300 feet has not been functioning for weeks now.    That location is just on the side of the ridge behind our house.    I would like to see what is happening 300 feet higher than here.

This would be the closest cam to me. Probably a 150 foot difference in elevation, and roughly 3 miles east.

Based on how close we are to getting some flakes mixed in here at 300’….think Monday morning has a pretty good shot at seeing some wet snow flakes for many areas.

Starting to stick here now... I just drove down the road to check conditions and its raining as soon as I get a little farther away from the ridge even at the same elevation.

Me and some friends rented a cabin years ago in Baring for a bachelor party /ski trip. Very pretty with snow and the river

Looks like it's pretty snowy up in Whatcom County as long as you go slightly north of Bellingham or slightly away from the water. This is from Lynden.

ICON actually looks pretty good at the end of the run. That trough is digging south not just out over the ocean. It’s coming. Winter of the century, even for TWL.

Congrats! I have a 2018 TRD Off Road and looooove it. She is muh baby. lol

Thank you and very excited to join the 4runner club!!!  I looked at the TRD OFF Road but I’m just not into the modification process afterwords that so many folks do ( their personal touch).  Will be putting her to work right away with outdoor adventure including possible mid west storm chasing and  exploring the SW!   Can’t wait!

Currently 39* and rain.  Had a low of 38* and .25 precipitation

Wind calm

Fantastic!!! Been waiting for this to happen. Got a little bit nervous because we had planned to Leavenworth before Christmas. Hopefully more is on the way!
