All the paperwork was approved and cleared but then the couple bought a new truck with financing so they lost their approval and a few months later we purchased. Value increased 40% in the 3 years we owned it and the offer we got on it we couldn't refuse so we sold to a couple who hadn't even seen the place. We were facing having to move into temp housing like an apartment while we looked for a new place (inventory here is bleak). Realtor found a brand new house that had just finished that the previous folks who were building it had to pull out of at the last minute due to income loss (the husband lost his job). Felt terrible for them but we got a new place and even got to pick the fixtures, cabinets and appliance package.
jakerepp
Had the weirdest night last night. Went to bed with a little bit of a headache and was maybe slightly warm. Fell asleep no problem but woke up at 1:15 to bad chills, a scratchy throad, and a throbbing headache. Didn't feel particularly feverish, but the chills really threw me. I maybe slept another hour between 1:15 and 7:30. Told my wife to keep the baby away from me and I'm quarantining in our bedroom. But now, all I've got is a moderate headache and minor throat irritation. No other body aches, no fever, etc. Getting tested tomorrow, but I really thought I was going to feel a lot worse today. Maybe I got the 12-hour covid variant.
