Found two things, first was the bathroom fan duct work that goes to the MIL bathroom fan had popped off which was pumping warm air into that section of attic space, that is why there was so much ice damming going on there. I also found the area that is leaking. Did a MossMan rigging job with plastic and a plastic tote to catch the water until we can get a roofer out. Ceiling and wall drywall will most likely need to be replaced in that area of the hallway/closet area. Fun!! It's funny to me that cold causes so much extra work and problems and yet we still love it. 2 Quote Death To Warm Anomalies! Yeah it’s going to be a bit costly and I am tired and sore between ice breaking and crawling around an attic space. I now have to take down my carport as it was damaged and will not withstand any rain. Then I need to get the big time black garbage bags out and double bag all of the garbage stacking up in the garage since its starting to smell, Waste Management didn’t make it last week for garbage pick up.
