All of my family... including my extended family... will specifically ask me what the European model shows when they have a weather question.    I guess I have mentioned that model enough for it to stick in their minds.   😀

My wife now asks me how the EURO is looking.

Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. I love snow/cold AND sun/warmth!

All snow here on the border of Fircrest and University Place. I really had my doubts we would see anything, but the power of offshore flow is amazing!

Noticed as soon as the east wind started getting stronger the snow started mixing in. It’s close to all snow hopefully we can hold on to the cold air for awhile.

If it weren't for this forum my head would have probably blown up by now like a watermelon and a bike pump.

For us geeks "talking about the weather" isn't exactly the small-scale convo like it is for most people. I have to mentally restrain myself from bringing up "the Euro" whenever a friend dares to ask me if it will rain on their hike tomorrow...

🧐🤓🤣

I tend to explode verbiage to FB friends during the more extreme events!  I’ve gained a following because of it…..lol!
34.8 and going back and forth with rain and snow pending the intensity

Quick intermission during this #snowmaggeddon2022, curious what you guys prefer? For many of us on here, it's pretty on theme for the evening... ;)

Yeah, bringing up weather around me is dangerous. I have too much to say.

Down to 32.5 here and patio furniture, cars, and the BBQ are in the early stages of whitening up.

Light snow continues, but the radar looks more anemic than I hoped it would.

Dusting on the cars. Not sure it's sticking anywhere else yet. I've got a milk drunk baby on my shoulder, otherwise I'd go look some more.

All snow here now. Looks like a dry slot on the radar coming quickly though.

I've found that snow tends to last longer after radar disperses than rain does

It does. Looks like we get the worst possible situation,  WAA with light precip. But until we loose our offshore flow anything is possible.

We come from the land of the ice and snow.

Speaking of worst possible situation, I really can't see this bringing ANY accumulation in Seattle. Everything is still wet from the rain so it would have to snow for a while here to actually stick
