Saw this thing in Moab. Not sure if it’s a Tesla but it sure is hideous.

Ensembles look a little better for rainfall chances later this week than the operational. Although the trend lately has been for everything to warm up and dry out as it approaches so it wouldn’t surprise me to see this meet the same fate.

At the time it was top three show for me. Just a great straight-ahead rock band.

Both my kids have strong political voices, and my wife and I have both told them we think protests are stupid (we used softer wording), but we also did mot mince words that if they engaged in protests that in any way interfered with average citizens being able to go about their lives that there would be absolute hell to pay. And we used the very point I highlighted in your comment to back our point. We had some whack-a-do professor from WWU got a bunch a people to chain themselves across the freeway here In Bellingham over a proposed pipeline in the Dakotas. It ended up causing a 5 car injury accident. A doctor my wife worked with got caught up in the traffic jam, along with a vanload of elderly folks who were in pretty poor health. The doctor was near them went over to keep an eye on them. A few of them ended up soiling themselves. Dignity is already pretty hard to come by at that stage of life, nothing like a bunch of selfish twatwaffles to add insult to injury. I think the doctor was on his way to a funeral for close relative (aunt or uncle), and missed most of the service. We used this situation as a clear "this is what we are talking about" follow up discussion with our kids

Raining! 43 degrees!

00Z GFS following it's 18Z run and even weaker with the weekend system. Shows temps near 70 on Saturday now. I assume the system will return on tomorrow's runs.

I like my Model Y. I’ve had it for 4 months. I’ve never used the Tesla charging stations so can’t comment on those. They are starting to install chargers on residential streets in Seattle attached to the power poles, those are going to be on every block eventually. Would never buy that monstrosity that is a Cybertruck. It’s too bad that Tesla is headed to the toilet after so much promise. The smaller Rivian that looks like a Subaru is going to fly off the shelves when it is released. Hopefully BYD starts selling cars in North America soon as well.

Just not a good setup for my area for good rain in more than a couple spots. Maybe a strip or stripe under a super cell. Today i tilled the garden. Craziest hard crust i ever saw from the days of sun and wind. But still mud underneath!! Deep soil wetter here than further west. Bone dry over along hwy 35.

I am becoming increasingly concerned about my rain total. A couple days ago, the GFS and Euro were suggesting up to four rounds of storms and a rain total possibly 2+". Tonight's storms are gone and the Tuesday night rain is mostly gone. Models are down to only one main round Tuesday afternoon, with maybe a thin second line. There may be spots around here that get missed by the stronger cells and end up with only a half inch of rain.

That’s their Cybertruck model. It’s very unique looking probably why it catches everyone’s attention. Maybe that’s what the intent is. I’m planning to just get a sedan, likely the Model S.

That truck is such an ugly POS that barely functions as a truck. I really wonder about the longevity of stainless steel - really feels like a rusty nightmare waiting to happen. The only good looking car they've ever made was the OG Model S.

Was kinda pretty down on the Vancouver waterfront earlier.

Pretty decent day here. 56/46 spread so far. Mostly cloudy early with some very light showers at times, then more sunbreaks later on. Coolish and breezy throughout.
