Sure, I guess. We've had many mild autumns over the last decade and it didn't really mean much for the winter. No two years are the same, but this has the feel of a 2021-22 or 2017-18. Maybe not the greatest winters, but they threw a few bones.
Yeah, we’ve hit 33 here once so far this winter. Other winters that were late like this one? 2008 and 2016….2024 continues that 8 year cycle IMBY. Hopefully with similar results later on.
Some other noteable years that took into December for a first freeze is 2018 and 2021. Those also lead to great things later on. It’s a very IMBY centric stat but first freezes taking until December to hit have lead to some amazing winters.
