I don't like the looks of this pattern at all if it verifies. That could lead to a strong Santa Ana wind event with high fire danger, considering how dry it has been here this fall. We need this pattern to retrograde offshore so that the low takes an overwater trajectory and brings beneficial rains to the West Coast.

That and channeling around the building. Not sure it qualifies as a “microclimate” but in terms of lived experience it might as well be. BTW just had a 40mph gust as I was typing out this reply. As if mother nature is giving me affirmation.
