This IS 1 AR. Not the 15 type. It just happens to fluctuate north and south some. Like they all usually do. Any time we get 3”+ of precip in any event there could be street flooding and minor stream flooding. The bad ones are when there’s a lot of low level snow (1500) feet and above and we get a true AR that has pineapples with it. Hence the ‘96 references. Chris isn’t wrong. Run of the mill that happens every 2-3 years. I remember them as a kid myself in the Willamette Valley.
