The warm-up will be more noticeable at night than in the day. Temps will not dip down all that much at night.

You need to stop drawing conclusions so quickly after looking at every model run, and making these flat out ridiculous calls already.

I don't know why anyone would want brutal cold anyway, or even cold weather in general. Especially if it's not gonna snow. In that case, then warm and dry is much better than cold and dry IMO.

Can you please add some reasoning behind that? And it seems kind of rude to just tell others to "stop". The truth is that the upcoming pattern looks relatively mild, that's why everyone's talking about it. None of the models are hinting at any sustained cold shot.

Meh, warmer than average temps are kind of a waste in December IMO. Would have been nice if they had occurred earlier in the fall, but not so much in the winter.

Too early to be making such bold calls.

GFS seems to be a bit more aggressive with the torch than most other models though.
