Light snow in Spokane... Looks like we are on the edge of the arctic front boundary. Not expecting much as the band appears to be narrow, but hoping for an inch.

That's super shocking! Wouldn't surprise me if you get another blast later this season. So great to have another east side poster even though you're 2 hrs away :D. Whereabouts in Spokane are you? Downtown? Out closer to Liberty Lake where @Phishy Wx is? Or on the west plains?
I live in north central Spokane about 5 minutes from downtown. It is great to meet you BTW!

Only 4 inches all season? Wow! That's pretty rough for Spokane. (This sounds sarcastic but I promise I'm not).
It might be 5 but we have not had much snow at all this year. I can not complain as it is way more than I used to get living in the Swamp (Bonney Lake). But yes it has been a very light year and bunch of 35 degree rain and just down-right dreary. All good and hope the westside can score!!

You are legendary for the whining you have done through the years here man, You live in a snowy climate and we don't. Do you see why we don't want to see this bullshitt?
It was not whining. -- It is what the models are showing, but you might get a surprise. WE ALL might be surprised, and hopefully so. That being said, it is looking dry, and that is the case as of now. HOPE YOU GET BURIED. It will likely be dry here, and I am cool with that as I already got 4 inches this year. I HOPE YOU GET 12 or more!!!

Could this be one of those setup where the arctic push is so strong, that he keeps us dry and snowless? Be careful what we wish for, as I have seen it before. What looked to be epic snow and cold just turned into cold and dry.

Even for seasoned Spokanites this is seriously legit, even over here.
BRING IT!!

November 23, 1985- 7 inches of snow fell in Seattle. Would love to see a repeat.
November 1985 was a glorious time to be alive. When that winter storm was forecasted, it was supposed to turn to rain and warm up. Instead, we got nearly two weeks with daytime highs below or near freezing and multiple snowstorms. I spent many long nights listening to my trusted weather radio. I will never forget it!!

I am amazed how far south this low is coming in at. I know it has caught me by surprise. Looks like a small band of snow is getting close to Spokane, so looking forward to that!
