That’s what the locals tell me too. I always visited on our way to Chelan growing up, love the area. Glad the rental has AC!

We just sold our home in Kent. Found a great rental in town, definitely excited for a change of pace. We’ll see how we’re feeling after the year lease, but yes we love the beauty of the area. This summer is going to be great  

Still pretty calm in Enumclaw. I guess I’ll head back home lol oh well. 

I’m in Enumclaw. It’s a little breezy, definitely not windy really though. Another bust, maybe?

Our power almost never goes out during east wind events.    The January outage was unavoidable with a significant ice storm.    The outage earlier this week was entirely related to equipment failure at the NB substation.    We will see what happens today.    The ECMWF shows the wind focused a little south so hopefully this will be an Enumclaw event.   Its usually Enumclaw or North Bend but rarely both.   

Parents in the Claw say it's already really gusty. 

Friends in Olympia say it is dumping. It’s starting!

I think there’s some good potential for over-performance tonight.

The whole event was so disappointing for us around the Sound. It was looking to be so great. Oh well. Anyway, now back to our regularly scheduled January programming. 

So the WSW posted says, “

Heavy snow expected above 500 feet. Total snow
  accumulations of 4 to 12 inches below 1500 ”

So yay anyone above 500 feet gets a snowstorm

So now us Seattle folks are on the trend south train

Cousin in Forest Park area of Portland has been saying the wind is insane today, but not much snow at all. 

Still calm in Enumclaw, no wind at all. Very odd.
