I personally think today will be flurries with lumpy rain at best maybe a small amount of wet snow. Nothing sticking at 400 feet

I have to say Whatcom country/Victoria/Vancouver is long over due to be nailed.

Bummer that would effect south bothell. This feels like a rollar coaster ride where it goes up and everyone celebrates and when it goes down its bummer.
