Ya. So beautiful. Been watching Monday night football show that crap for at least 25 years. They break to a commercial and Al Michaels has to act like it is the first time he has seen it. If one of these trash sporting events plays it off like it is something special again I might puke. Lame. If they wanted to show some realism they would show Collinsworth getting mugged out in front of a Starbucks.

Good comeback. It smells like dog-crap here from the northerly winds from Washington we have been getting since yesterday.

"Western" weather forum is dead because the prima donna Washingtonians haven't got anything yet. Sometimes it disgusts me how Washington-centric this forum is. Go throw some Salmon around, take the elevator up to the top of that stupid needle, and shut up already.

I wish we didn't have models to look at. It would be a hundred times more fun if we had to speculate. Imagine a forum like this without them.

I gotta say, real peaceful night here. Light northerly breeze, about an inch and a half of snow, still lightly snowing, possibly more intense in a couple hours. Watching the football game, Christmas lights are on, daughter is having a christmas gingerbread muffin with frosting. Life is good.

In summary of the professional meterologists in the area. Cold bias, warm bias, neutral whatever. We can all agree on one thing!!! When they try to explain how badly they missed a forecast, they can sound a whole hell of a lot like Vanilla Ice when he tried to explain that "Ice Ice Baby" wasn't a rip-off of David Bowie's "Under Pressure".

Sun is going down and we are actually slowly dropping again. For those of you that don't know my exact latitude. In comparison I'm about the same as halfway between Eugene and Corvallis, pretty far south. This cold air has teeth.

He isn't an actual meteorologist is he?? Just some guy on the interweb right?? I don't think his forecast holds any more water than mine or yours.

If you considered our high temperature to be only during daylight hours, today it would be 3.9 degrees. Still snowing and miserable outside (physically that is).

It almost looks like a secondary low is forming off the coast of N. California. Maybe I'm just wishcasting.
