Just south of Canby my temp has gone from 25.2 to 26.2 since 4am.

My thoughts exactly. No Way Eugene gets freezing rain and half of Clackamas county doesn't, seems illogical.

I'm having a hard time believing this hole in Clackamas county gets no ZR, thoughts?

S/SE of Canby, I'm usually on the very edge of the gorge outflows in moderate events.

Excuse the newb here but is this air mass high enough to spill over the cascades or is just a gap event through the gorge?

Can someone explain how that WV warm nose works? Does the warm air just get pushed up the valley all the way to the Gorge, like the valley acts like a funnel or something?

I don't think this is right, it clearly is under estimating the Gorge.
