I have never seen this much 35-36 degree snowfall here in my life over a 2 day stretch.... until now lol, insane.
Last winter I probably had 48 hours worth of 33-35 degree non sticking snow over the entire season. It was infuriating. The biggest depth I had during that entire winter was .75". It does suck but 35 degree snowfall is better than 35 degree rainfall.

34º too up here at 850' with rain only. Porch light test negative.
Wonder how @Eugene Snow is doing at 975'?
Man I miss the south hills. I grew up on Spring Blvd off E 30th at about 920'. It's crazy how much more snow you get in the hills than in the flats. There were times growing up when I would get 6" and the flats got 1". I used to love leaving the snow on top of my car and driving to school to show it off. (I'm still a moron but don't pull those shenanigans any more)

It snowed for about 20 minutes at around 8:30 tonight. The amount of stickage was nope. EUG didn't report any though on the 5 minute obs. Currently 34 degrees which is 2 degrees colder than EUG. The airport is usually colder, but not always. Some other nice person added a personal station to the wunderground network that is only a block a way. Now I got one that is two blocks away and one that is one block away. I don't even need to look at my thermometer any more.

I'm pretty much sandwiched in between them.

Only light snow now, but the good news is that there is a much bigger blob of moisture headed this way. I will predict that we will both end up with 2+ inches on rooftops, cars, etc by dawn or slightly after.
Yeah, I was wrong about this. The next few blobs came in a bit warmer with just a rain/snow mix even though it was only 32.5.The precip rates just weren't there. Oh well, at least I scored a slushy half inch. There's still a couple of more opportunities in the next few days.

Dumping snow again. Beautiful in the lights.
Yep. Same here. I stayed up for this shitt. Sticking pretty much everywhere including the streets. We could easily end up with an inch if this keeps up for 30 minutes.

Beautiful snowfall. Wow.
Snow has stopped and it has melted off all the pavement, but the roofs, grassy areas, and cars are covered. Temp down to 31 so it could put us in pretty good shape for the next blob of moisture that rolls through. Medford radar is best. Pretty strange to be looking at SW flow in March for the next snowfall possibility.

These mfers are going to be buried alive. Donner Pass is cursed.
This storm was well forecasted at least 4-5 days ago. There's no excuse for being anywhere near Donner Pass tonight. It probably should have been preempted closed to prevent crap like this. If one semi jacknifes, everyone behind is simply fukked.

Holy carp a heavy shower rolled in and I have downloaded some snowflakes. 35 degrees. Obviously not sticking though. Only the 2nd time of the season I've seen flakes.

Was the windshield legally obtained for your viewing?
I downloaded the windshield from a questionable website.

Blech. 36 degrees with moderately splatty rain. I only know this because I'm a big enough dork to go into my car and view the windshield.

With several rounds of potential overnight precip coming the next few days I wouldn’t be surprised if atleast one night did work out for some people. Still a chance. For the most part though…the next few days the only people who are probably going to be scoring big are the typical favored spots.
The NWS Portland is finally saying that some accumulations are possible down here for the next several days. I for the first time in quite a while am trusting them more than the crappy GFS and Euro. They've been horrible lately.

I have it on VHS
Same and all the original star war movies among many others. I'll just put the link out in case anyone is bored. I've never had an issue with the site but having an ad blocker is probably for the best.

I woke up early to check up on the snow chances. It might not work out so I'm watching Twister for the tenth time. If anyone wants a link. Let me know. It is free and no registration or anything like that is required but sometimes it'll fucck up.

36.3 here this morning. Looks like a pretty good blob of moisture heading this way. Hopefully it holds together and gives us some flakes.
Jesus. We wrote the same thing. Hope it works out.

36 degrees with what looks like a decent blob of heavy moisture heading for Eugene. There's a good chance of flakes.
-
37 degrees with positive splats.

Are you challenging me to change my pic to the one time they zoomed in on me at an Oregon State game, with the commentators commentating on my appearance?
That sounds pretty interesting. Gonna need some follow up. What exactly was going on with your appearance and what did they say about it?

The HRRR has shown several inches here quite a few times in the last few days and all I've gotten is a slushy half inch. I've given up on it. It seems like all of the models have taken a huge step back lately. They used to be far more accurate, at least in the short term. The long range pepto maps have always been garbage but fun to talk about.
